Obviously, clothing worn under your clothing. All our body slimmers, shape wear, waist cinchers, and bodysuit shapers are considered to be undergarments. However, we would never ever never stoop to call them “underwear”.

“Undergarment” sounds far more elegant and upscale. Because it is.
